Abstract

Machine de trempe inductive de la surface de tourillonnement d'un maneton de vilebrequin, comportant essentiellement un dispositif de fixation, un dispositif inducteur et un dispositif de transport Le dispositif de fixation 10 est situé dans le bâti 2 de la machine sur un levier il de manière à pouvoir osciller autour d'un axe de rotation 12, entre la position de serrage 6B située sur la course du dispositif de transport 4, 5 et la position de chauffage située au-dessous du dispositif inducteur. Application à la trempe des surfaces de tourillonnement des vilebrequins par chauffage inductif suivi d'un refroissement brusque.
