Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un appareil à contrôler les filetages et/ou les taraudages. Cet appareil comprend un arbre rotatif 6 portant une pince 7 dans laquelle est monté, alternativement, un organe porte-écrou-étalon 19 ou une tige filetée-étalon 25, ainsi qu'un disque d'entraînement 8 applicable alternativement en friction contre plateau arrière 9 ou un plateau avant 10 tournant en sens inverses et à des vitesses différentes, la pièce à contrôler, tige filetée ou vis à métaux 24, ou pièce taraudée ou écrou 28, étant présentée en poussée contre l'organe de contrôle 23, 25 qui s'y visse, puis rétractée en dévissage et libération. Il trouve une application intéressante pour le contrôle systématique et rapide de vis à métaux, de tiges filetées ou d'écrous dans l'industrie de fabrication de ces pièces.
