Ce procédé consiste en ce qu'un mélange qui comprend 0,5 à 5 parties en poids de pentahydroxychlorure de bialuminium, 1 à 12 parties en poids de gypse, 0,5 à 20 parties en poids de chaux et jusqu'à 3 parties en poids de nitrite est mélangé avec 100 parties en poids de ciment et d'eau. c. Ciment et béton pour la construction.
