Abstract

L'invention se rapporte à l'extraction de matière utile à partir de plantes. Elle concerne un procédé d'extraction et de purification de la thébaïne du Papaver bracteatum, caractérisé en ce que l'on met en contact de la matière végétale Papaver bracteatum sous forme de particules avec un solvant d'extraction comprenant essentiellement du méthanol, environ 5 à 15 % en poids d'eau et une petite quantité d'une base faible, tout en maintenant une température inférieure à 50 degrés C. Utilisation par l'industrie pharmaceutique.
