Abstract

L'invention concerne l'isolation de la thiénamycine. On isole la thiénamycine, une substance possédant une activité antibiotique contre des micro-organismes Gram-négatifs et Gram-positifs, à partir de bouillons de fermentation ou de solutions impures en utilisant des systèmes liquides d'échange d'ions. Ce procédé permet d'augmenter les rendements de séparation de la thiénamycine.
