Abstract
Circuit de commande de transmission de puissance. Dans un circuit comprenant un étage à transistor de sortie de puissance de commutation et un circuit à transistor de commande, l'énergie est emmagasinée dans un circuit magnétique pendant le temps où le transistor est en service pour fournir le courant de mise hors service. Deux inductances couplées magnétiquement sont reliées en série à la sortie du transistor de commande, et la base du transistor de puissance est reliée au point de jonction de ces inductances. Une diode est reliée en parallèle avec la première inductance pour limiter la chute de tension dans celle-ci lors de la mise en service, et une combinaison parallèle d'une diode et d'une résistance est reliée en série avec la seconde inductance. L'étage de sortie peut être constitué par deux transistors de puissance montés en Darlington avec un circuit inductif similaire prévu pour chaque transistor.
