Abstract

Le dispositif pour la mise en oeuvre de ce procédé comprend : a) une zone de liquéfaction de charbon où le charbon entre en contact avec un solvant donneur d'hydrogène, b) une zone de cokéfaction en lit fluidisé dans laquelle est introduite la suspension ayant un point d'ébullition supérieur ou égal à 540 degrés C provenant de la zone de liquéfaction de charbon de façon à entrer en contact avec des particules solides chaudes, c) une zone de génération d'hydrogène dans laquelle les gaz de haut pouvoir calorifique provenant des zones de liquéfaction de charbon et de cokéfaction en lit fluidisé sont introduits en quantité suffisante et d) une zone de gazéification du produit de carbonisation dans laquelle est introduit ledit produit de carbonisation provenant de la zone de cokéfaction en lit fluidisé de façon à entrer en contact avec de l'air (oxygène) et de la vapeur.
