Abstract

The vessel has an electric field winding and electric mirrors. A magnetic conductor has means for generation of axial currents through the vessel., constant and variable in time, in order to produce poloidal fields and main fields. The fields generate an electrical field which causes the particles to move from the vessel axis outward, and a magnetic field generated by the field winding is rotated, thus reducing by magnetic mirrors the loss of particles to a minimum. The electric fields are partly accelerating and partly retarding, and make use of the Faraday induction effect.
