Abstract

Procédé et appareil pour diriger la phase liquide de façon qu'elle tombe en continu à travers un orifice circulaire généralement horizontal, généralement à contre-courant de la phase gazeuse que l'on fait monter en continu à travers cet orifice et en même temps faire tourner les deux phases autour d'un axe généralement vertical passant par le centre de l'orifice, assez rapidement pour donner à la phase liquide qui tombe la forme d'un rideau annulaire de liquide généralement continu qui tourne vers l'extérieur et vers le bas en partant du bord inférieur de l'orifice et diriger la phase gazeuse en rotation de façon qu'elle passe à travers le rideau de liquide généralement continu avant de pouvoir entrer dans le fond de l'orifice. Application pour notamment retirer les suspensions existantes dans l'une des phases.
