Abstract

La présente invention concerne les vannes à tiroir à passage intégral plus particulièrement prévues pour l'utilisation avec des liquides à haute pression. Dans une telle vanne, un conduit traversant 32 est ménagé dans la partie d'obturation de l'opercule 16 dans une position voisine du passage 14 de l'élément de siège 13 correspondant, de façon à permettre, à partir de la position de complète fermeture, une amorce de communication entre la partie haute pression de la vanne et la partie basse pression de la vanne après un très faible déplacement de l'opercule 16 vers la position d'ouverture de la vanne. La vanne étant pourvue de moyens de lubrification et d'étanchéité par un liant, contenu dans des réservoirs 26 et amené à une gorge circulaire 30 de l'opercule, un moyen de clapet anti retour 34 est en outre prevu dans le conduit traversant 32. Application notamment aux installations pétrolières.
