Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé et un dispositif pour réaliser par brochage une série de rainures profilées voisines à intervalles égaux dans la surface latérale d un corps de révolution. Le procédé est caractérisé en ce qu'on broche simultanément deux rainures profilées voisines au cours d'une passe de brochage au moyen de deux outils de brochage montés pour que leur distance et leur position angulaire correspondent au pas des rainures à réaliser. L'invention est applicable notamment à l'usinage des rainures de maintien d'aubes de turbine.
