Abstract

L'invention concerne un dosage simultané amélioré de folate et de vitamine B12 . On met en contact un échantillon contenant du folate et de la vitamine B12 libérés de leurs fixateurs endogènes avec un fixateur pour folate, un fixateur pour vitamine B 12 , un traceur pour folate marqué par un premier isotope radioactif et un traceur pour vitamine B12 marqué par un second isotope radioactif différent du premier, puis on sépare les fractions fixées de folate et de vitamine B12 des fractions non fixées de folate et de vitamine B12 et on mesure la radioactivité d'au moins une des fractions. On peut déterminer les quantités de folate et de vitamine B12 contenues dans l'échantillon à partir de courbes étalons.
