Abstract

La présente invention concerne les vannes à tiroir notamment pour l'utilisation avec des fluides à hautes températures. Dans une telle vanne, au moins une des zones de l'élément de siège 8 et de l'opercule 11 coopérant pour obturer le passage 4, 5 de la vanne en position fermée est constituée d'une partie rapportée 24. Selon un mode de réalisation, cette partie rapportée est constituée d'un disque cylindrique monté de façon non encastrée dans un logement 25 de l'opercule et maintenu pressé contre la surface de travail 9 de l'élément de siège 8 par au moins un ressort de compression 26. Au moins une partie de la face du disque rapporté 24 en contact avec la face d'étanchéité 9 de l'élément de siège présente une inclusion de stéllite 27. Application notamment à l'industrie chimique.
