Abstract

Perfectionnements au filage à grande vitesse de fibres optiques à partir de verres fondus de types différents contenus dans deux ou plusieurs creusets emboîtés, prolongés à la base par des filières coaxiales. La filière extérieure 113 a une longueur importante, d'au moins 3 mm, et est maintenue en partie au moins à une température égale ou supérieure à celle du montage de creusets, afin d'augmenter la vitesse de filage. Application à la fabrication de fibres optiques à faible perte lumineuse par transmission et à large bande de transmission.
