Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un procédé de préparation de mélanges huile-eau. Ce procédé consiste à mélanger vigoureusement de l'huile et de l'eau en présence d'un agent stabilisant, le mélange étant stabilisé par l'action combinée de deux composants de l'agent stabilisant, les deux composants étant un composant à base d'huile qui est un acide ou un alcali et un second composant qui, lorsque le composant à base d'huile est un acide, est un alcali ou, lorsque le composant à base d'huile est un alcali, est un acide. Application des mélanges huile-eau comme combustibles.
