Abstract

a. Procédé de fabrication de pièces rigides constituées de fibres non tissées. b. Ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait qu'on réalise un mélange intime et homogène de fibres textiles, à point de fusion élevé et de fibres textiles thermo-fusibles, à bas point de fusion; on dispose ces fibres en une nappe; on dispose cette nappe dans une forme dans laquelle elle est mise sous pression et c auffée jusquà une température légèrement supérieure à la température de fusion des fibres thermo-fusibles à bas point de fusion. c. Les objets ainsi obtenus sont destinés notamment à l'industrie automobile.
