Abstract

La présente invention concerne le remplissage de récipients réalisés en feuilles de matériau pour emballages, notamment de moules à pâtisserie. Un tel récipient, comportant un fond plat 2 et une paroi latérale 4, est caractérisé en ce que le bord extrême supérieur du récipient 5 est réalisé de façon à présenter une arête vive 5, cette arête étant constituée par la jonction entre la paroi latérale 4 et un bord 6 rabattu vers le bas du récipient. Dans un procédé de fonçage de tels récipients avec un matériau pâteux en feuille, le bord vif 5, coopérant avec un organe de pressage mobile adjacent mais sans contact avec le bord vif 5, permet de séparer la pâte contenue dans le récipient. Une nappe de pâte continue recouvrant initialement le récipient. Application notamment à la réalisation de fonds de tartes surgelés.
