Abstract

L'invention a pour objet l'utilisation meilleure des chaleurs perdues dans les centrales à production de chaleur, de manière à empêcher tout abaissement du rendement de la centrale malgré les variations de débit calorifique. On peut arriver à ce résultat en produisant à la fois de l'électricité et de la chaleur utilisable à partir d'une génératrice 16 entraînée par une turbine 1 à plusieurs étages présentant au moins une sortie de vapeur entre deux étages et une autre sortie au-delà du dernier étage, ces sorties alimentant respectivement les condenseurs 8 et 2. Un réservoir à eau 5 reçoit en période de pointe l'eau de refroidissement de ce deuxième condenseur 2 a il fournit en période creuse le courant d'eau de refroidissement pour le premier condenseur 8. De telles centrales sont prévues principalement pour le chauffage urbain.
