Abstract

L'invention se rapporte aux systèmes bistables à électrets. L'invention a pour objet un système à trois électrodes dans lequel le déplacement de l'armature mobile est obtenu grâce à des tensions de polarisation appliquées aux électrodes fixes, à condition qu'une tension de commande appliquée entre l'électrode mobile et l'une des électrodes fixes ait pu annuler les forces électrostatiques du maintien engendrées par les électrets. L'invention s'applique notamment au stockage et à la visualisation des données numériques binaires se présentant sous la forme de signaux électriques.
