Abstract

L'invention concerne un procédé pour réduire la viscosité des polyester-polyols et polyéther-polyols. On ajoute à un polyester-polyol ou à un polyéther-polyol une quantité efficace d'un titanate organique de formule Ti(OR)4 , où R est un radical aliphatique comportant 1 à 18 atomes de carbone, un radical alicyclique comportant 1 à 3 cycles, 5 ou 6 atomes de carbone par cycle et 5 à 18 atomes de carbone par molécule, un radical aromatique comportant 1 à 3 cycles et 6 à 18 atomes de carbone par molécule ou un radical acyle comportant 2 à 18 atomes de carbone. L'invention s'applique en particulier à la réduction de la viscosité de polyols utiles pour préparer des polymères d'uréthane.
