Abstract

Ce procédé de façonnage de feuilles de verre G par pressage à chaud entre deux organes de presse 10, Il donne des courbures à angle aigu à des feuilles de verre ramollies par la chaleur en les pressant entre des moules complémentaires 33, 34, après leur avoir appliqué un chauffage localisé le long de la ligne voulue de courbure à angle aigu. La chaleur localisée est appliquée le long de cette ligne par chauffage par résistance électrique à travers le verre, immédiatement avant l'opération de formage à la presse.
