Abstract

L'invention se rapporte aux pneumatiques ainsi qu'à la technique du moulage par injection. Dans ce procédé, on alimente l'empreinte de moulage 18 par l'intermédiaire d'un grand nombre d'orifices d'injection 19, disposés de préférence suivant un plan équatorial et qui sont eux-mêmes alimentés par un certain nombre de chambres d'égalisation 20, également réparties symétriquement tout autour de l'empreinte 18, chaque chambre étant elle-même alimentée par un passage d'alimentation séparé 21 et le rapport des gradients d'écoulement moyen ( gamma i pour les passages d'injection et gamma a pour les passages d'alimentation) n'étant pas inférieur à 8. Application notamment à la fabrication de la bande de roulement d'un pneumatique neuf ou rechapé, par exemple du type à carcasse radiale.
