Abstract

L'invention a pour objet un filtre à air dont le boîtier est formé globalement d'un corps 10 et d'un couvercle 11 susceptibles d'être assemblés l'un à l'autre par un bord d'affrontement 13 et de définir conjointement un volume interne 14 propre à la réception d'un élément filtrant. Suivant l'invention, le bord d'affrontement 13 est au moins en partie biais vis-àvis de l'axe général du volume interne 14. Application notamment aux filtres à air dont l'embout d'évacuation 16 va en s'élargissant vers l'intérieur.
