Abstract

The self-operated hydro-therapeutic massage equipment uses a mobile jet. The body coupling the flexible hose to the adjustable nozzle is mounted on an assembly forming a swivel joint, so that it is movable with the aid of an extended guide, avoiding the need for aid from another person. The body can be a tube which is threaded at both ends, with two trunnions attaching it to the swivel assembly, and a support for the guide. There can be a tube detachable from the body to allow massage of the back, and the jet can be adjustable to vary the power, while supply can be via a flexible hose connected to the taps of a shower cubicle or bath.
