Abstract

La présente invention a pour objet un appareil de gavage destine à permettre de gaver en série les animaux de basse-cour tels que les oies ou les canards. L'appareil de gavage selon l'invention est constitué d'un groupe moteur alimenté en énergie électrique et destiné à être suspendu et d'un groupe de gavage comportant un réservoir de produit de gavage et un embout pénétrant dans le gosier de l'animal à gaver, ledit groupe de gavage comportant des moyens de distribution du produit de gavage actionné par le groupe moteur au moyen d'une liaison souple permettant au groupe de gavage d'être mobile verticalement et horizontalement par rapport au groupe moteur. L'invention permet de réaliser le gavage avec une fatigue réduite et en obtenant de très bons résultats.
