Ce parafoudre comporte une enveloppe étanche ayant un élément conducteur en forme de parallélepipède, l'un au moins des contacts électriques du parafoudre étant formé par une plaque conductrice fixée sur l'une des faces de l'élément conducteur, mais isolée par rapport à celui-ci, et l'une au moins des autres faces dudit élément conducteur constituant un autre contact électrique. Utilisable pour protéger des circuits électriques contre des surtensions.
