Abstract

Produit cimenteux armé de fibres de verre. L'invention décrit un produit cimenteux armé de fibres de verre et des fibres de verre traitées destinées à être utilisées pour renforcer de telles matières, ces fibres de verre étant utilisées sous la forme de faisceaux, comportant une substance d'imprégnation imperméable aux alcalis destinée à les protéger des substances alcalines qui sont dégagées lors du vieillissement et du durcissement des produits cimenteux. Les faisceaux de fibres de verre imprégnées réduisent considérablement les pertes de résistance desdits produits cimenteux dues au vieillissement. Application aux produits à base de ciment, de béton, etc.., et notamment à la stabilisation de leurs propriétés d'allongement et de résistance au choc.
