Abstract

L'invention concerne une machine d'enduction et un procédé d'enduction mettant en oeuvre une telle machine Les principaux paramètres, température du cylindre enducteur et du cylindre lisseur ainsi que leurs vitesses respectives, réglables indépendamment les uns des autres sont choisis de telle sorte que le produit d'enduction se trouve déposé à la surface du support sous la forme de tâches uniformément réparties et séparées les unes des autres par des plages non enduites. Celles-ci facilitent les opérations de collage ultérieures dans le cas où les colles adhèrent plus facilement au support qu'au produit d'enduction. Un traitement final assure l'étalement et la diffusion des tâches afin de rendre, sur le produit fini, la couche d'enduction homogène. L'invention s'applique plus particulièrement à l'enduction des cannelures des cartons ondulés.
