Abstract

Procédé servant à effectuer une transformation enzymatique oxydante d'un substrat constitué par un hydrocarbure linéaire. Ce procédé est caractérisé par le fait qu'il consiste à effectuer une transformation enzymatique dans un système de fermentation à deux phases renfermant un milieu nutritif aqueux et un solvant organique comprenant un cyclohexane et à obtenir, à partir de ladite transformation enzymatique, un hydrocarbure oxydé.
