Abstract

Dispositif permettant de nettoyer économiquement et sans fatigue les faisselles ou moules utilisés pour la fabrication des fromages. Il comprend un moteur électrique 1 entrainant un réducteur de vitesse 2, sur l'axe de sortie duquel est fixé un agitateur 3 en forme de brosse tournant à faible vitesse. L'agitateur 3 se trouve plongé dans un bac 5, et, par sa rotation, provoque une circulation forcée du liquide 4 contenu dans le bac 5, assurant ainsi un lavage des faisselles mises au trempage dans le bac 5, sans nécessite d'utilisation d'eau courante. En fin de lavage le moteur 1 est arrêté automatiquement par la minuterie 6 préalablement réglée pour une durée déterminée. Le nettoyage peut être complété éventuellement par contact des parois des faisselles avec la brosse de l'agitateur 3 dans le liquide 4. Le dispositif peut être utilisé dans tous les cas ou un nettoyage ne peut être obtenu de façon satisfaisante autrement que par trempage en liquide pulsé, parachevé éventuellement par un brossage.
