Abstract

Procédé pour diminuer la teneur en contaminants des gaz de carneau provenant de la régénération de catalyseurs de craquage d'hydrocarbures. Ce procédé consiste à brûler le coke qui recouvre le catalyseur usé dans un générateur de façon à réduire la teneur en coke à moins de 0,3 % en poids et à produire un gaz de carneau contenant moins de 2 % en volume de CO, à detendre ce gaz dans une turbine pour produire de l'énergie que l'on utilise et à introduire le gaz détendu dans un éjecteur à venturi où il est mélangé avec un liquide de lavage qui est ensuite séparé du gaz. Application à la régénération des catalyseurs de craquage d'hydrocarbures.
