Abstract

Dispositif de transbordement de fluides. Ce dispositif comporte un bras articulé comprenant une conduite intérieure B et une conduite extérieure C qui pivotent autour d'axes horizontaux, ainsi que des moyens 76, 101 pour équilibrer ces conduites en appliquant à la conduite intérieure une force concentrée, la distance radiale du point d'application de cette face par rapport à l'axe de la conduite intérieure variant lorsque la distance horizontale du centre de gravité par rapport audit axe varie. Application: chargement et déchargement de bateaux-citernes.
