Abstract
Procédé de préparation de la 1-nitroanthraquinone par nitration de l'anthraquinone, traitement du mélange de nitration par des solvants organiques et rectification subséquente. On traite un mélange de nitroanthraquinones contenant au moins 60 % de 1-nitroanthraquinone et moins de 10 % d'anthraquinone par 0,8 à 3 parties en poids de nitrobenzène et/ou de filtrat de lavage recyclé et/ou des liqueurs mères à une température d'environ 130 à 170 degrés C, on refroidit la solution obtenue à une température d'environ 100 à 20 degrés C, on filtre le mélange de nitroanthraquinones qui précipite, on traite le résidu de filtration par 0,3 à 1,5 partie en poids de nitrobenzène pour 1 partie en poids du mélange de nitroanthraquinones, à une température comprise entre la température ambiante et 100 degrés C environ, on filtre et on sèche.
