Abstract

Appareil pour la fabrication de tablettes thermoformées en matière plastique. Cet appareil comprend des moyens pour l'entrainement dans un plan d'un ruban 1 thermodeformable avançant à travers une station de chauffage 5, une station de formage 7 de réceptacles alvéolaires 6, une station de remplissage 8 en produits et une station de fermeture 9 par un ruban de métal 10, la station de chauffage étant constituée par des plaques chauffantes 60, 61 superposées, actionnées suivant un mouvement intermittent, parallèlement à la direction d'avancement du ruban et comprenant des zones à chauffage différencié, des organes de formage étant solidaires desdites plaques et commandés de façon à se rapprocher du ruban pendant la course d'avancement des plaques et à s'en éloigner pendant leur course de retour. Ledit appareil sert notamment à conditionner des comprimés pharmaceutiques et analogues.
