Abstract

L'invention concerne un nouveau médicament à base d'héparine administrable par voie trachéo-bronchique et alvéolaire. Ce nouveau médicament est caractérisé par le fait qu'il est constitué d'une solution aqueuse d'héparine et d'au moins un agent chimique ou naturel connu pour accroître la perméabilité des muqueuses trachéo-bronchiques et alvéolaires. Application sous forme d'aerosol à des doses de 5 000 à 100 000 U.I. pour le traitement des accidents thromboemboliques, de l'atherosclérose, de l'infarctus du myocarde, des thromboses aigües artérielles, des embolies, des phlébites.
