Abstract

Four ménager auto-cuiseur pour aliments par application de la fluidisation de particules réfractaires autour des aliments en vue de faciliter une cuisson plus uniforme et rapide et d'apporter une économie d'énergie. Comprenant : Une cuve à double fonds dont le fonds supérieur est poreux. Une soufflerie fluidise des particules de quartz ou de silice qui sont chauffées par une résistance électrique couplée d'un thermostat. Le bain fluidisé se comportant comme un liquide, les aliments protégés dans un sachet d'aluminium conçus à cet effet ou un récipient hermétique résistant à la chaleur pourront y être plongés sans difficulté et recevront uniformement la température de cuisson pouvant être supérieure à celle de l'ébullition et équivalente à celle d'un four. Economie d'énergie, cuisson uniforme très rapide, à température élevée, avantage culinaire du four et de l'auto-cuiseur sans leurs inconvénients.
