Chaque unité est pourvue d'une accumulation d'énergie potentielle transformée en énergie cinétique animant un groupe électromécanique connu. Entretenue par des électropompes centrifuges multicellulaires connues, la différence des hauteurs piézometriques entre le réseau hydroélectrique et le réseau hydrostatique anime des doubles-pompes à double effet restituant à la source, le premier réservoir de la première unité hydroélectrique l'eau turbinée récupérée dans le réservoir le plus bas. c. L'invention peut être utilisée pour le développement de l'électrométallurgie, l'électrochimie, et l'électromécanique.
