Abstract

Mélange d'élastomères et du produit de condensation de la diphénylamine avec la cyclohexanone. On prépare le produit de condensation de la diphénylamine avec la cyclohexanone en faisant réagir ces produits en solution dans un solvant aromatique, en présence d'un catalyseur pouvant être de l'iode ou un acide fort organique ou minéral, et en éliminant continuellement par distillation l'eau formée pendant la condensation. On récupère le produit de condensation, fondant dans une plage de température assez large, après avoir distillé sous vide la phase organique. Utilisation de ce produit comme antioxydant pour les caoutchoucs naturels et synthétiques de tout type.
