Abstract

L'invention concerne un élément de construction 1 composé d'un élément principal 2 en plaque de tôle métallique profilée 3, en particulier pour toitures, sur au moins une face de laquelle est fixé (par ex. par point de soudure 7 ou cordon de soudure 9) au moins un élément de renforcement 6 en tôle métallique profilée 5 dont le profil 8 épouse le profil 4 de l'élément principal. L'invention concerne également un procédé de fabrication de cet élément de construction par profilage simultané ou séparé des deux éléments constitutifs suivi de leur accolement et de leur jonction par des moyens permettant le déroulement automatique des opérations. Elle concerne également un dispositif de mise en oeuvre de ce procédé ainsi que l'élément de construction réalisé. L'invention permet de realiser des éléments de construction unissant une grande légèreté à une grande capacité d'absorption de contraintes.
