Abstract

Machine automatique d'agrafage assurant l'assemblage des pourtours, appelés cadres, d'emballages en bois léger avec les fonds. Cet assemblage est réalisé par des agrafes en fil métallique dont le dos est plié à angle droit appelées point corné. La machine se compose de : - un premier groupe d'agrafage 1 posant la totalité des agrafes sur les deux petits côtes de l'emballage, simultanément; - un deuxième groupe d'agrafage 2 assure la pose simultanée de la totalité des agrafes d'un grand côté dans un premier poste 3, un deuxième poste 4 pose dans les mêmes conditions les agrafes de l'autre grand côte de l'emballage ; - Un dispositif d'avance automatique 5 synchronisé avec les têtes d'agrafage fait défiler les emballages successivement d'un poste d'agrafe à un autre poste suivant une direction unique et rectiligne du début à la fin des opérations.
