Abstract

Appareils pour le découpage en tranche du type à plaque d'appui oblique et à plateau collecteur. Le plateau collecteur 12 pivote en 11 sous l'action d'un électro-aimant 14-15' branché sur le circuit d'alimentation de l'appareil, de façon à ce que dès le début du tranchage il soit amené à une position haute susbtantiellement parallèle à la lame rotative 2 et à la plaque d'appui 3 en évitant de la sorte toute irrégularité dans l'empilage des tranches. Un ressort 16 ramène ce plateau à l'horizontale en fin de tranchage pour faciliter le prélèvement des tranches Trancheurs pour produits de charcuterie.
