Abstract

Procédé d'apport et de mélange d'un ou de plusieurs additifs à un produit contenu dans une trémie. La présente invention a pour objet un procédé d'apport et de mélange d'un ou de plusieurs additifs, par exemple granuleux ou pulvérulents à un produit contenu dans une trémie alimentant un appareil quelconque de traitement ou de distribution dudit produit. Le procédé selon l'invention consiste essentiellement en la réalisation d'une cavité dans la masse du produit contenu dans la trémie à une zone voisine de son ajutage et dans le déversement à travers la masse dudit produit et à partir d'un ou de plusieurs distributeurs asservis à l'appareil alimenté par la trémie, du ou des additifs à l'intérieur de ladite cavite pour réaliser le mélange. Le procédé selon l'invention est applicable dans tous les cas où un mélange de produits granuleux, pâteux ou pulvérulent doit être réalisé prealablement au traitement desdits produits. Il est notamment d'une application très intéressante dans le cas d'addition de colorants à des matières synthétiques en granulés préalablement à leur traitement dans une extrudeuse.
