Abstract
PURPOSE:To effectively mix a great amount of granular substances having different specific gravities and different grain sizes by providing a freely vibrating porous plates with a slight clearance on the inner wall of a hopper of a V-shaped cross section. CONSTITUTION:A freely slidable porous plate 14 is provided with a slight clearance betwen the porous plate 14 and an inclined plate 12 in the inside of a hopper 10 of a V-shaped cross section, consisting of a vertical plate 11 and the inclined plate 12. More than two kinds of granular substances having different specific gravities and different grain sizes are put between the vertical plate 11 and the porous vibrating plate 14 up to the upper side, and then the porous vibrating plate 14 is vibrated, whereupon the granular substances drop from each hole 15 of the vibrating plate 14, go down along the inclined plate 12, and then are discharged from a discharge port 13. Thus, more than two kinds of granular substances can be well mixed together and then discharged.
