Abstract

Transmission à variation de vitesse continue comportant un galet d'entrée et un galet de sortie 29, 30, disposés en regard l'un de l'autre suivant un même axe 31. La transmission comporte un système intermédiaire d'au moins deux disques 33, 34, disposés en regard l'un de l'autre suivant au moins un autre axe de rotation 56, transversal à l'axe 31. Une bordure périphérique de chaque galet 29, 30, est en appui contre une face interne de chaque disque 33, 34, dont l'axe 56 passe entre les galets 29, 30. Des moyens de mise en appui servent à solliciter les disques 33, 34, vers l'axe 31 des galets. Des moyens de commande 57, 59, permettent de déplacer relativement les disques et les galets, parallèlement à l'axe 31 de rotation des galets, pour faire varier le rapport de vitesse de transmission. Application aux transmissions mécaniques à variation de vitesse continue.
