Abstract

Procédé de fabrication de boîtes métalliques. Une profileuse pratique, sur le pourtour du fond, des crevés régulièrement distribués, rabat ensuite les bords à angle droit et forme un double pli sur l'un des bords d'une bande de métal préalablement échancrée aux huit coins de la boîte, une longueur excédentaire sans pli étant prévue, pour le formage manuel du corps par pliage suivant les arêtes définies par les couples d'échancrures opposées et par engagement dans le double pli de l'extrémité opposée, les bords rabattus étant engagés manuellement dans le double pli du corps.
