Abstract
The control system is designed to control the equal or differential displacements of two movable elements with respect to a median position. The system has a control shaft (1) which rotates about its longitudinal axis (A-A). The shaft (1) is hinged around a second axis (B-B) perpendicular to the longitudinal axis (A-A). A pinion (4) is fixed to one of the ends of the shaft (1) and a steering wheel (3) is fixed to the other end. The system has two elements (6a, 6b) which are hinged on the second axis (B-B). Each element (6a, 6b) has a series of teeth (5a, 5b) arranged in an arc, which mesh with the teeth of the pinion (4). Levers (7a, 7b) and rods (9a, 9b) transmit to the movable elements (10a, 10b) equal displacements caused by rotation of the shaft (1) around the second axis (B-B). The system also transmits to the movable elements differential displacements when the shaft is rotated about its longitudinal axis (A-A).
