Abstract

Appts. comprises a reservoir to contain the liquefied gas, a specially constructted pump and a degassing filter situated between the pump and the reservoir. It also includes a unit situated between the pump and the nozzle for controlling the pressure of the liquefied gas to the nozzle. The flow rate and pressure of the liquefied CO2 or NO2 may be controlled independently. The liq. gas can be supplied at a constant rate and pressure without interruption over a long period of time.
