Abstract

Tel qu'il est représenté le fragment de rouleau comporte une bague terminale 10, à laquelle fait suite un premier anneau lisse 12, formé d'une bande de tôle placée de chant, qui est suivi en direction axiale d'autres anneaux identiques équidistants, qui sont tous formés d'une bande relativement épaisse et entre lesquels sont logis des anneaux 14 en treillis ou en << nids d'abeilles >>, formés d'une bande de tôle ondulée plus mince, à ondes trapézöïdales. Aux emplacements 16, les anneaux lisses 12 sont réunis aux anneaux en treillis 14, par exemple par des points de soudure. Dans chaque ouverture 18 est enfoncée une pièce intercalaire 20 en forme de cheville, en matière plastique moulée par injection, dont la forme est adaptée à celle des ouvertures 18 du treillis et qui est munie d'un canal longitudinal 22 à extrémité extérieure évasée. Un tel rouleau est donc de construction simple et économique.
