Abstract

La présente invention concerne une hotte pour cuisine avec démarrage et arrêt automatique de la soufflerie en présence de gaz, de fumées, d'odeurs, de vapeurs, etc. Le circuit d'alimentation de la soufflerie d'aspiration 5 est contrôlé par un détecteur de gaz 1 et il comporte en outre un signal optique G de fonctionnement de la soufflerie et un signal acoustique 2 dont la mise en circuit est contrôlée par un detecteur de luminosité ambiante 4 ne le mettant en circuit que pendant la nuit. La hotte assure également le rôle de dispositif de sécurité contre les incendies, les fuites de gaz, etc.
