Abstract
Cette embarcation comprend une coque, au moins une dérive et une surface portante au vent fixée à la coque, de manière à permettre au navigateur d'équilibrer, par le déplacement de son propre poids, le couple de renversement exercé par le vent sur cette surface portante. La coque 1 adopte la forme d'une soucoupe présentant une surface extérieure lisse et adaptée au planage, la ou les dérives 2a sont orientables, et la surface portante au vent 3 est fixe, en rotation autour d'un axe vertical, par rapport à la coque 1.
